Request a Transcript

Marshalltown Community College offers easy and convenient online transcript ordering through the National Student Clearinghouse. Official transcripts will be released when all financial obligations with the college have been met.

To request your transcript, access the National Student Clearinghouse secure site and follow the step-by-step instructions. Transcripts cost $7 per copy and payment is made with a debit or credit card. All requests will be processed in the order they are received and the normal processing time is two business days. During busy periods such as graduation, beginning of the semester, and grade processing there may be a longer processing time.

Send a Transcript to MCC

If you need to send an academic transcript from a college you have previously attended, you will need to follow the transcript ordering instructions provided by that college. An official transcript must be sent directly from the previous college to the MCC Admissions Office either electronically at mccinfo@iavalley.edu or by mail to:
