MCC hosts College Fair for area high school upperclassmen & parents
MARSHALLTOWN – All area high school juniors and seniors and their parents are invited to learn more about their college options at the Marshalltown College Fair. This year’s Fair will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 27, from 9 to 11 am at Marshalltown Community College. Hosted by the Iowa Association for College Admission Counseling, the event will be held in the MCC Student Activities Center.
Representatives from more than 60 colleges, universities, and military branches will be in attendance. The purpose of the program is to give high school students and their parents an opportunity to discuss admission requirements, housing, financial aid, scholarships, internships, and specific majors.
