MCC celebrates International Women’s Day
MARSHALLTOWN – In honor of International Women’s Day Marshalltown Community College will be hosting a panel discussion featuring community leaders on Friday, March 22 on the MCC campus.
Sponsored by the MCC Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, the panel will feature four speakers. Panelists include Rocio Villagomez a Traveling CNA; Lindsey Bloomquist a Veterinarian at VCA Marshalltown Animal Hospital; Plu Meh a Family Support Specialist; Child, Adolescent, and Parent Support; and Bethany Wirin Head of the Marshalltown Christian School.
The panel is open to the public and no registration is needed. The event will start with pizza at 11:45 with the panel from 12:05 – 1 pm. The event will be held in room 610. The panel can also be seen on zoom at https://iavalley.zoom.us/j/95318854142.
