APARTMENT STYLE LIVING

MCC has three Residential Complexes on its campus. Two provide 12 apartments and a third has 15 apartments. Each apartment houses four residents. Additionally, the Residential Complexes provide study space and commons area for students to interact and foster a sense of community among their neighbors.

Trained Resident Assistants and professional Residence Coordinator staff provide mentorship and community development opportunities to their assigned complex. Additionally, an evening emergency response protocol is available and staffed by the Residence Life staff.

The residential staff plan a variety of programming events to bring the residential community together. The staff welcomes your ideas. Please email suggestions to mccreslife@iavalley.edu.
