Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and the grand opening of the new Esports Console Lounge.
The free, public event will honor a coach and ten student-athletes for their contributions to the program. The ceremony will take place in Dejardin Hall, followed by a reception in the new Esports Console Lounge, located in Room 305 (the former bookstore). Everyone is invited to attend.
The inaugural class of Hall of Fame inductees includes coach Samuel Geller from the Overwatch 2 team. Student inductees include Amber Lawthers (Mario Kart 8 DX), Jesus Silva Enriquez (Rainbow Six Siege), Shontario Dudley (Super Smash Bros. Ultimate), and seven members of the Overwatch 2 team: Ethan Hassin, Nathan Jorgensen, Ethan McGerr, Lijah Powell, Ryne Sinn, Ryan Goulding, and Paul Novotny.
