MCC now offering two sections of welding classes
Thursday / August 6, 2015
Marshalltown Community College has announced that it will be offering two sections of welding classes this fall. Due to the success of its welding program over the years and the increasing demand for skilled workers, the College has decided to expand its offerings.
Sections are divided into two cohorts: morning (7 am – 1 pm) and afternoon (11:30 am – 5 pm). Spots are still available for students in the afternoon cohort. Those interested can contact Tyler Slagle, Industrial Tech Student Success Specialist, at 641-844-5744, or Tyler.Slagle@iavalley.edu.
MCC’s fall term begins Monday, Aug. 24, so it’s still not too late to register for classes. Click here for more information on the welding program!
MCC Admissions offices are located at the northwest entrance of campus, 3700 S. Center St., Marshalltown, open 8 am to 4:30 pm.
