Register by March 25 for MCC’s Trivia Night

MARSHALLTOWN – The Marshalltown Community College (MCC) student veterans group is hosting a Trivia Night that will be open to the public on Saturday, March 30. The event will be held at American Legion Post #46, 1301 S. 6th St. in Marshalltown.
The Trivia Night is a fundraiser for MCC’s Collegiate Veterans Association (CVA). Trivia teams should check in by 6:30 pm and Trivia Night will begin promptly at 7 pm.
Snacks will also be provided, including meat, cheese, and vegetable trays and chips.
“We hope to have groups of MCC students, staff and faculty at the Trivia event, as well as community members,” says CVA Advisor P.J. Colbert. “Trivia events are both fun and educational, and it’s a great way for our collegiate veterans to raise funds to support their activities throughout the year.”
Cost of participation in the Trivia Night fundraising event is $20 per person, open to 12 teams of up to eight people on each team.
